Ensure your item is not a restricted hazardous material and is in its original, unused condition with all factory seals intact.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the authorized items in a sturdy shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Ship and Track
Send the package to our warehouse via a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
